Viktoria Schuler is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in agricultural human resource management, HR program and policy development, recruitment, global mobility, and immigration. Prior to joining the CAHRC team, she supported agricultural producers across Western Canada with both foreign and local recruitment, as well as developing effective employee retention strategies. Viktoria’s deep understanding of labor market trends, combined with her close ties to producers, enables her to expertly navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the agricultural industry. 

Viktoria holds the professional designation of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. She is also a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan and the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. Based in Saskatoon, Viktoria enjoys a busy family life with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she loves biking along the Saskatchewan River, baking, and exploring ethnic cuisines in Saskatoon.
