Veronica was recently appointed WALI’s General Manager (April 2024). She served as Program Manager of WALI since joining the BC Agriculture Council team in fall of 2018. Previous to joining BCAC, Veronica had gained wide expertise in program management both in Canada and internationally. She has direct experience in the BC agriculture sector including five years overseeing all aspects of operations for an 80-acre blueberry producer. In this role, she managed sales and business development to export markets, compliance, maintenance and labour. She has consulted within educational and non-profit sectors and worked at senior levels on global initiatives related to health, international trade, human resources and economic development.
