James Blight CPP has been a respected member of the Canadian Security industry for 25+ years and is a subject matter expert in securing crowded spaces. Based in Vancouver, BC, he got his start in security working in Shopping Centres where honed his skills in retail crime prevention and awareness, crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED), and risk management. As a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), James currently works as National Director of Retail and Commercial Security at Paladin / PalAmerican Security where he is responsible for security programs throughout North America.
